Production and delivery
This product is made to order in Wuhan, China. Production normally takes 2-4 business days before dispatch. Standard delivery normally takes an additional 4-12 business days. Express delivery, when available, normally takes an additional 3-5 business days. The available shipping methods, final shipping charge, and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout.

Personalized product exchanges and refunds
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or for an error in the photo, spelling, size, color, address, or other details submitted by the customer. If the item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the item ordered, or incorrectly personalized due to an error by WePrintMe, contact us within 30 days after delivery.
