Payment & Order
We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Credit and debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required when paying directly by card.
Once an order is submitted, design and production may begin quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a personalized order. If production has not started, we will cancel or change the order at no charge. Once production has started, the personalized order can no longer be cancelled or changed. We do not charge a fixed cancellation fee.
We accept eligible exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Personalized or made-to-order items qualify for a free exchange when they arrive damaged, defective, different from the item ordered, or incorrectly personalized due to an error by WePrintMe. They are not eligible for exchange for a change of mind or customer-submitted personalization errors. Eligible non-personalized, ready-made items may be exchanged in unused, original condition. Along the way, you will receive your tracking No. through email to track the order online.
Please note: The actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service. Notes: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
