Where orders are made and shipped

Products currently available for purchase on WePrintMe are personalized, made to order at our production facility in China, and dispatched from China.

Supported delivery countries

We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Checkout will not accept an order for an unsupported destination.

Processing and delivery estimates

Personalized production normally takes 2-4 business days before dispatch. Standard delivery normally takes an additional 4-12 business days. Express delivery, when available, normally takes an additional 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote destinations, customs processing, severe weather, or carrier disruption can extend delivery time.

The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge for the selected delivery service. Applicable taxes and duties, if any, are displayed or calculated at checkout. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after an order is placed. After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with the available carrier and tracking information.
