Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

WePrintMe accepts exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility rules below. Because most WePrintMe products are personalized and made to order, exchange and return eligibility depends on whether the item is personalized and on the reason for the request.

Personalized and made-to-order items

Personalized or made-to-order items are eligible for a free exchange only if they arrive damaged, defective, different from the item ordered, or incorrectly personalized due to an error by WePrintMe. They are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund for non-quality reasons, including a change of mind, choosing the wrong size or color, or submitting an incorrect photo, name, text, address, or other personalization information.

Non-personalized, ready-made items

If we offer a non-personalized, ready-made item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. For an approved non-quality exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference for the replacement item. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized due to an error by WePrintMe, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@weprintme.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the item and the issue.

We will review your request within 2 business days. Once the issue is verified, we will produce and ship an exchange replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, you may keep the original item and do not need to return it unless our customer service team specifically asks you to do so.

If an exchange replacement cannot be produced or is otherwise unavailable, we will provide an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

How to request an exchange

Email contact@weprintme.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, the requested replacement, and clear photos when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incorrectly personalized. Do not return an item until we confirm that the exchange is approved and provide return instructions.

Return shipping

For a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or WePrintMe personalization error, we cover the reasonable return shipping cost if we ask you to return the original item. For an approved non-quality exchange of an eligible non-personalized, ready-made item, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Authorized returns must be sent to: Hubei Weiyinmi Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd., Unit 1001, Building 8, Phase II, Baibuting Xingfu Shidai, Jiang'an District, Wuhan, Hubei 430014, China.

Cancellations and order changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a personalized order. If production has not started, we will cancel or change the order at no charge. Once production has started, the personalized order can no longer be cancelled or changed. We do not charge a fixed cancellation fee.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are refundable only when required by applicable law or when the refund results from an error by WePrintMe.

EU and UK consumers

The statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective or not as described. Please also review our Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK) page.
