Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions below.

Items that are exempt

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized (for example, products customized with your pet's photo, name, or a bespoke design). Most WePrintMe products are made to order and personalized and are therefore exempt. This exemption does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective or not as described. For verified product issues, we normally provide a free exchange replacement without requiring the original item to be returned; if a replacement is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate refund. See our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for details. Non-personalized, ready-made items remain eligible for withdrawal where required by law.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods, or of the last item where several items in one order are delivered separately.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, by email at contact@weprintme.com, before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from an eligible purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
