What to submit
Upload a clear, well-lit photo and enter any requested name or text using the options on this product page. Review the photo, spelling, size, color, quantity, and all personalization details before adding the item to the cart.
Design preparation and previews
Our team may crop, position, and make basic background adjustments so the submitted image fits the selected design. If a preview option is shown on this product page, follow those instructions. You may also contact us promptly after ordering to request a correction before production begins. Once production has started, customer-submitted details normally cannot be changed.
Production and delivery
This product is made to order in Wuhan, China. Production normally takes 2-4 business days before dispatch. Standard delivery normally takes an additional 4-12 business days. Express delivery, when available, normally takes an additional 3-5 business days. The available shipping methods, final shipping charge, and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout.
Product images and materials
Product mockups illustrate the intended design and placement. Minor differences in color, scale, or positioning may occur because of screen settings, the submitted photo, product size, and the production process. The product-specific material, dimensions, size options, and care instructions are stated above or in the product images and size chart.
Personalized product exchanges and refunds
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or for an error in the photo, spelling, size, color, address, or other details submitted by the customer. If the item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the item ordered, or incorrectly personalized due to an error by WePrintMe, contact us within 30 days after delivery. After verification, we will provide an eligible exchange replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund if replacement is unavailable. See our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Image authorization
By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested personalization. Uploaded images are used to process and fulfill the order in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
